1. Returns
Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds

3. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at with photos and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Size/Color Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Replacement Shipping: If you receive a replacement due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
